Giant Steps Single Vineyard Dinner

Fresh off the back of Giant Steps’ exceptional 2025 single-vineyard release, Customs House will host an intimate evening celebrating one of the Yarra Valley’s most acclaimed producers.

Guests will begin with a glass of Giant Steps Circle of Fifths Chardonnay on arrival, before being guided through a premium selection of Giant Steps’ award-winning Single Vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir releases, hosted by Michael Latham from Giant Steps.

Each pour will be paired with a premium shared feast from Executive Chef Sean Townsend and the Customs House kitchen team, bringing together standout Yarra Valley wines, generous food and the heritage surrounds of Customs House for one special evening.
