Join us every Sunday in the Dining Room and Verandah for our rotating weekly Sunday Roast, built around premium cuts and classic flavours, done simply and well. Each week features one hero roast, served with roasted winter vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy.

On rotation: Black Angus MB+2 Sirloin roasted in thyme and Australian garlic, Salt Baked Berkshire Porchetta with sage and onion stuffing, and Upper Hunter Lamb Shoulder roasted with rosemary, lemon and white wine.

$38, including your choice of any glass of wine or tap beer schooner.

Available every Sunday until sold out. Limited portions each week.
