Customs House is ideal for conferences, presentations, lunches and dinners, board meetings, strategic planning sessions, or any important meeting where comfort and flexibility is essential.
With various event spaces to choose from, Customs House Hotel offers flexibility with a range of floor plans customised to suit your requirements.
Customs has large parking facilities, is close to public transport and within close walking distance to Newcastle’s premium hotels and CBD.
The Spaces
Our corporate spaces are available between 9am and 5pm and can be configured in theatre, boardroom, classroom, cabaret or banquet style to suit your event.
Each room is equipped with a whiteboard, projector and 80" screen with HDMI input (no sound capability), with presenters required to supply their own laptop. Additional 75" and 50" plasma screens with HDMI and USB ports are also available, offering limited sound capacity. Microphones are provided in Customs Hall and Harbourmasters for larger presentations and events.
